Nathaniel John Mills 54 of Charleston, South Carolina died unexpectedly on August 8, 2023.

He was born on December 26, 1968 in Malone, New York, the son of John Francis Mills and Susan Lund Pond. He attended schools in Providence, RI and Wrentham, MA. He was a talented musician, loved riding motorcycles, and spending time with his dogs. Throughout his working years, Nathaniel served intermittently as a sales or finance manager for various automobile dealerships on the East Coast most recently in Charleston, SC. As a friend of Bill W., he sponsored others remarking that he asked the Lord daily to let him encounter those in need.

Nathaniel is survived by his long-time dear friend and former wife, Kristin Kramer, his father, John Mills, as well as numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother Susan and his grandparents Bernard and Ethel Mills, and George and Mildred Pond.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Ross, Bruso,Desnoyers Funeral Home in Malone. Calling hours will be Saturday, August 19th from 10-11 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Notre Dame Church with burial service in the family plot at Notre Dame Cemetery following the Mass.
