Obituary of Kevin J. LaVare

Kevin J. LaVare, 58, of Malone passed away Monday, April 14, 2025. Kevin was born November 26, 1966 in Rochester, NY, the son of Cletus and Beverly (Thayer) LaVare. Kevin was a social butterfly. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, small engines and computers. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Kevin was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Heidi LaVare of Malone; a daughter, Elizabeth Caylor of Malone; a brother, Sonny LaVare of Malone; sisters, Rosie Lamica of Brushton, Roxanne Miller of Brushton and Tammy Lapage of North Bangor; and grandchildren, Skyler Stone, Madison Stone, Brayden Kemison and Thoren Ayer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews that he loved very much. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Service.
