With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Deborah Fleury, age 64, of Westville, she passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Alice Hyde Medical Center on November 18, 2025.

Debbie was born on September 26,1961 in Malone, NY, to the late Richard and Pauline (Drumm) Keating. Debbie was the fourth of seven children.

Debbie graduated from Franklin Academy in 1980. She was married to Timothy Fleury on September 11, 1982. She worked at Tru Stitch until its closing. She then worked at Salmon River Central School in Special Education until she retired in 2024.

Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Debbie was a hard worker and always the first to help out anyone in need. Debbie’s whit and sense of humor made her so much fun to be around. Anyone that knew her knew that she had a soft spot for children with special needs and always went out of her way to make them included. Debbie will forever hold a special place in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Debbie was predeceased by her husband, Timothy Fleury; her parents, Richard and Pauline Keating; her father-in-law, Gary Fleury; and her brothers-in-law, Jeff Lavoie and Kurt Fleury.

She is survived by her mother-in-law, Theresa and Carmel Daigle; son, Timothy Fleury Jr; daughter, Katie Fleury; siblings, Richard and Tammy Keating, Thomas and Dawn Fleury, Diane Fleury and her companion Michael Smith, Loran and Laurie Jock, James and Danielle Keating and Craig and Darcy Paquin; sister-in-law Tracy Lovoie; grandchildren, Kalli Fleury, Kenadie Reome and Harlow and Nash Fleury; along with many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:00am at St. Mary’s of the Fort Church in Fort Covington. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Constable.
