Joyce A. Armstrong, 81, of Malone, passed away on December 19, 2025, at the Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone.
Joyce was born June 16, 1944, in Malone, the daughter of John Jr. and Dorothy (Greene) Rivers. She shared so much love for her dogs.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Glendon Armstrong; and her brothers, Richard and Norman Rivers.
She is survived by her son, Dan Armstrong of Malone; sisters, Beverly Campany of Clayton and Sharron Mayville of Malone; and a grandchild, Stefani Knudson.
Services will be held in the spring and announced at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Service.
