With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. White, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left this world on January 11, 2026, at the age of 88. Born in Utica, NY, Patricia devoted her life to her family and her community, leaving a legacy of love and kindness that will be remembered for generations.
Patricia lived in Malone, NY, where she thrived as a bookkeeper at Perry's Service Station as well as the 43 joyful years working at the Franklin County Fair office, showcasing her dedication to hard work and integrity. However, Patricia's true passion extended beyond her profession. She volunteered her time for over 35 years at the Alice Hyde Snack Bar and devoted herself to the adult center for more than 20 years. Her most treasured moments were spent at Hosler's Restaurant, where she found joy in giving back to her community. For 26 years, she warmly greeted parishioners at Notre Dame Church, radiating warmth and kindness that made everyone feel welcome. She was also a proud member of the Ladies of the Elk, where she connected with others in her community.
Patricia found much enjoyment visiting with family and friends, whether she was baking, cooking, dancing, listening to music, going for walks or sitting around campfires. These were some of her happiest times.
Patricia was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Garnet White; her parents, Stanley and Gladys (Gokey) Penc; her daughter, Terri Dulbs; her sister, Barbara Barcomb; and her brother, Stanley "Bud" Penc.
Patricia's vibrant spirit lives on through her loving family. She was loved greatly by her daughters, Terri Dulbs (Richard), Cheryl Boyea (Michael), Diane Conklin (Scott), Lynn Hosler (Michael), and Christine Lamica (Jeff). Patricia's legacy is further carried on by her treasured grandchildren: Christopher, Brittany, Anthony, Hillary, Dylan, Sophia, Ian, Chad, Courtney, Ashley, Alex, several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who brought immense joy to her life. Patricia is also survived by her sisters, Linda Fish and Deborah Penc; sister-in-law, Adeline Penc; and a close family friend, Sandy Voss.
