Chet was a good friend of my brother. They joined the army and served together in Germany. They remained best of friends untill my brother passed away. Chet came to Niagara Falls to be with my brothers family at that time. I was shocked to see his picture in the local paper. My condolences go out to his family. I will always remember Chet and my brother hanging out and having a good time. Glenn Whitmore
