So Sorry to hear of "Fred's" passing. I worked at the DEC in Ray Brook, NY from 1979 to 2000. My office was just down the Hall from the Law Enforcement office. Had many good talks with Fred. He was always easy to talk to and was familiar with many of DEC's programs. He was a great guy and he will be missed by many of his co-workers. Even though I worked for the Bureau of Operations, he always had time to talk. I see by the obituary, he was a well-rounded man, working for many different programs with DEC and outside DEC.I see he retired in 2002. I retired in 2000. Glad to have known him. Again, sorry for his passing. Thank You, Gene Loughran.
