Obituary of Carol M. Brown

   Carol M. Brown, 73, of Bradenton, FL passed away on October 29, 2017, at the Bradenton Healthcare Facility under the care of Hospice.

   Born on June 28, 1945 in Bombay, NY, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Mae (Barse) McGibbon.

   She was married to Wilbur E. Brown, Jr. on November 22, 2000.  He predeceased her in 2017.  Carol was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother. 

   Carol is survived by two sons, Tim Lytle and wife, Michelle of Venice, FL and Robert Lytle and wife, Kim of Ellwood City, PA; two step-daughters, Regina Brown of Monaca, PA and Linda Schmidt of Rice's Landing, PA; one step-son, Timothy and wife, Maria Brown of Wellesley, MA; one sister, Yvonne and husband, Geoffrey Hamilton of Peebles, Scotland; one brother, Thomas McGibbon and wife, Theresa of Rome, NY; six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

   She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Donald and Norman McGibbon; and one sister-in-law, Barbara McGibbon.
 

  There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service and burial will take place on Friday, October 26, 2018, at  Noon, at the Hillside Rest Cemetery, in Bombay, NY.

  Arrangements are through the Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home, in Fort Covington, NY.
