Obituary of Cathy L. Tallman

   Cathy L. Tallman, 54, of Brushton, NY., and formerly of Owls Head, NY., passed away Wednesday evening, May 1, 2019, at C.V.P.H., in Plattsburgh, NY. She had been a patient there since February 28.
   Born in Malone, NY., September 26, 1964, she was the daughter of Allen and Lorraine McDonald Gravell, Sr. She graduated from Franklin Academy High School in Malone, in 1983, and later received a degree in computer repair.
   For several years, Cathy worked with developmentally handicapped individuals in Florida and the Malone area.
   She enjoyed electronics and repairing computers, watching old movies and television shows, “The Big Bang” going to the casino, caring for her animals, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. “Bazinga”
   Survivors include her mother, Lorraine Gravell of Malone, NY., one sister and brother-in-law, Cherie and Michael Stone of Malone, four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Timothy Tallman and his companion, Diane Peters of Brushton, NY., Thomas Tallman of Owls Head, NY., Allen and Tracy Gravell, Jr., and Brian and Jennifer Gravell all of Malone, NY., many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and her beloved dogs, Homer and Max.
   She was predeceased by her father, Allen Gravell, Sr., and an aunt that was like a sister, Shirley Gravell.
   Calling Hours will be Wednesday May 8, 2019, from 11 a.m. until Noon, at the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home, in Malone, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at Noon in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Roger Preve officiating.
   Donations may be made in her memory to the North Country Animal Shelter, in Malone, NY.
