Greg S. LaMere, 55, of Westville, NY., passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 16, 2020, at his home. Born in Malone, NY., January 17, 1965, he was the son of Larry and Joyce LaMere, Sr. On August 11, 1984, he was united in marriage to the former Tammy King in North Bangor, NY. The marriage ended in divorce in 1993. Greg was employed as a dairyman for the Metcalf Farm in Constable, for the past twenty years. He enjoyed bowling, caring for the farm animals, working on tractors and small engine repair. He is survived by his loving companion of many years, Brenda Feimann of Westville, NY., his mother, Joyce LaMere of Malone, NY., two sons and a daughter-in-law, Scott and Ashley Tucker of Westville, NY., and Bradley Tucker and his companion, Keri Rousell of Constable, NY., four daughters and sons-in-law, Holly and Jason Maroulis of Putnam Valley, NY., Crystal and Joshua Holmes of North Bangor, NY., Maggie and Danny Cole of Malone, NY., and Amber and Jeremy Donaldson of North Bangor, NY., four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Larry and Chantal LaMere, Jr. of Oxford, ME., John LaMere and his companion, Dorie Dietz of Middletown, VA., Leon LaMere and his companion Teresa Lopez of Malone, NY., and Gary and Patty LaMere of Burke, NY., two sisters and a brother-in-law, Tammy and Bruce Johnson of Constable, NY. and Tina Taylor and her companion Pete Soulia, of Malone, NY., fourteen grandchildren, Kyra and Jena Donaldson, Belle, Chloe and Amelia LaMere, Madison Conklin, Gerald Donaldson, Christian, Audrey and Joseph Holmes, Ayden and Lucas Tucker, Arabella Cole and Brenlee Tucker, one great grandson about to be born that he was waiting anxiously for, Harrison Lucy and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Larry LaMere, Sr. on February 9, 2001. Calling Hours will be Friday March 20, 2020, from 11 a.m. until noon at the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home, in Malone, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at noon in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in St. John Bosco Cemetery, in Malone, NY. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, National Epilepsy Foundation or the D.A.V. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.brusofuneralservice.com.
