Obituary of John Paul Lemieux, Sr.

John Paul Lemieux, Sr., 59 of Westville, NY., passed away Tuesday June 9, 2020, unexpectedly at his home. Born in Malone, NY., September 13, 1960, he was the son of the late Rolland and Agatha Rivers Lemieux. He attended local schools. John was a self employed diesel mechanic and work for several farms in the area. He enjoyed fishing, working on tractors, farm implements and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include one son, John Lemieux, Jr. and his companion, Shannon Young of Morristown, NY., one daughter, Marie Lemieux of Potsdam, NY., one brother, Steven Lemieux of Dickinson, NY., two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and James Auen of Greenbank, WA., and Sally and Douglas Villnave of Chateaugay, NY., five grandchildren, Ashley Thivierge, Desmond and Dante McAloon and Savannah and Liam Lemieux and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers, Rolland Lemieux, Jr., Wayne Lemieux and Rick Lemieux. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
