Mr Keating was my business teacher in St Regis Falls Central School. He was business but fun. He got me the job of working the lunch hour in the main office while Connie Brabon went to lunch. Then he would call me "little Connie" during class just to pick. Rest in peace Mr Keating.

I am so sorry for you loss. Roger was one of the nicest people I have ever worked with and will never forget the pranks he would pull on everyone then sit back and laugh so hard at what he had done. He was one of the best business teachers that any school could have had and all of his students loved him. Our hearts go out to the family at this difficult time.

Mr. Keating was my business math, keyboarding and short hand teacher at St. Regis Falls school. He was an amazing teacher, he taught what was important, balancing a check book, finding unit prices, calculating percentages off regular prices ect.
Real world math that mattered. He is the reason that I have amazing typing skills.
He was one of my references on my pistol permit also.
He was an amazing man that has had a profound affect on anyone that met him.
You will be missed Mr. Keating.

Dear Janet & Family,
Micki and I offer you our deepest sympathy in the loss of Roger, a husband, a loving father, a loving grandfather and dear friend! Over the past couple of days since learning of Roger's untimely passing away, I have thought constantly about my friend and close teaching colleague at St. Regis Falls. I have so many fond memories of him and so many, many hilarious stories to reflect back on! Roger will never leave my heart or the hearts of my family members. After 45 years as an educator, Micki and I have often reflected and still contend that the best 11 years of my career were at St. Regis Falls where Roger, you and we had such great times! Every time I pass by the Keating family farm, I will be saying a prayer and remember a dear old friend. He will never be forgotten as his character (and, yes, he was one of a kind) will forever live on. I have received some informal feedback from some of his former students and as you know, they absolutely loved him and his humor! He did an exemplary job of training so many exceptional secretaries. All of you can be ever so proud of your husband, father, and grandfather. Please know that my prayers and those of my family will be with you in the difficult days that lie ahead. Please call upon Mikcki, me or the family if you need anything!
With sympathy & love,
Wayne, Micki Walbridge and Family
