Obituary of Jeffrey Lee Morris
Please share a memory of Jeffrey to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jeffrey Lee Morris, 51, of Malone, NY, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021, at his home, while under the loving care of his family and Hospice of the North Country, Inc.
Born in Camden, NJ, December 9, 1969, he was the son of Ezel Lee and Patricia Morris.
After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy and was later Honorably Discharged.
He was united in marriage to Sara Nichols in October 2006. She survives.
Jeffrey was employed at Malone K.F.C. and Watertown Bob Evans before he became ill. He was an avid New York Jets fan and loved basketball too. Jeffrey always had a big smile on his face that would light up a room when he walked in, and you would be guaranteed to have a smile on your face before he left the room.
In the little time he did spend in upstate New York, he made a very big impact on many lives. He never hesitated to help out family, or a friend, or a stranger for that matter. His heart was way too big, and way too kind for this world, and he will surely be missed.
Besides his ex-wifey Sara (as he would say), he is survived by his mother, Patricia Morris-DeShields of Seaford, DE; four sons, Treysean Morris of Malone, NY, Jeffrey Frisbey of Gainesville, FL, De'Angelo Johnson of VA, and Tyrese Poole of New Jersey; three daughters, Tamaiya of Malone, NY and his favorite daughter (as he would say) Kayleigh Herzik of Malone, NY, and one other daughter; one brother, Anthony Morris of Portland, OR; three sisters, Stephanie Morris of Cherry Hill, NJ, Schreatha Judge of Woodbury, NJ, and Nicole Morris of Fayetteville, NC, and several grandchildren and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Along with his father, Ezel Lee, and mother, Betty Taylor Wilcox, he was predeceased by one brother, John
Taylor and one sister, Denise Taylor.
