Obituary of Richard G. Taylor

Richard G. Taylor, 79, of Malone, N.Y., passed away on December 26, 2021 at the Wellsville Manor Nursing Home in Wellsville, N.Y. Richard was born on August 21, 1942 in Burke, N.Y. He was a laborer at Malone Lumber for many years, and was an avid Bingo player and loved going to the casino. He married Linda Taylor who predeceased him in 1987. Survivors include two daughters; Belinda Taylor of Malone, N.Y. and Penny Taylor and her wife Nellie of Moira, N.Y., four sisters; Theresa Taylor, Mary Cook, Martha “Minnie” Taylor and Shirley Tavernier, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Along with his wife, he was predeceased by a daughter Pamela Taylor and several brothers. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 30 at 11 a.m. at Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home in Malone, N.Y. Burial will follow at St. John Bosco Cemetery in Malone.
