Frank Jefferson, 55, of Fort Covington, N.Y., passed away on April 15, 2022 at his home, after a long battle with mental illness.
Born on January 30, 1967, in Hartford, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Lum and Dorothy Mello Jefferson.
He leaves behind six brothers; Lum, Charles, Kevin, Andrew, Paul and Steven Jefferson, and three sisters; Dorothy Robinson, Anne Jefferson and Cynthie Jefferson Poon.
