Richard L. Douglass, 84, of Malone, passed away on June 5, 2023.
He was born on August 29, 1938 in Cortland, N.Y., the son of the late William and Florence Moore Douglass. He worked in maintenance at the Franklin County Nursing Home, retiring in 2008.
Surviving are his companion Pauline G. Rivers and his daughters Tammy and Lorrie.
He was predeceased by his brothers Robert and William Douglass and sister Marian Swart.
He was a member of the Malone Fish and Game Club, where donations may be made in Richard’s memory if friends desire. He loved to ATV, fish, canoe, hike and camp.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are through the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Service in Malone.
