Kathy, Bobbie, Jerry, and Tommy,
Growing up through our adolescent and teenage years, having the same name, our parents sharing the name Jerry and Geri McNulty, and spending countless hours in your home gave me a unique perspective on your dad. He had another side to him besides being a Trooper. He was kind, had a great sense of humor, and although he ruled your home along side Joyce, with an iron fist, he was fair and gentle in a lot of ways. I remember how handsome he was. I remember him teasing us about things he thought we didn't understand. Once I was talking about finding the studs in the wall and he and Joyce gave each other a knowing look and laughed. I didn't catch the double entendre at the time, but did a little later in the day and laughed until I cried. You kids had good parents, who allowed us all to be ourselves and to have fun at your house, making rice crispy treats, cookies and other goodies. I remember those times fondly and send my deepest sympathies at the loss of your wonderful father. May he and Joyce rest in peace. Hugs to you and your sibs.
Fondly,
Kathy
